
A close friend of mine in his eighties sent me his memoir in manuscript form. I found it fascinating as Iβve known the man thirty-five years. I had suggestions for him on perhaps reshaping it for a larger audience.

It is a story of a normal man with usual problems caught up in a situation where he has to break the law in order to remain a free man and prove he isnβt the guilty one.

One night while they are passing through Nebraska beneath a bright Aurora Borealis, they wreck and their prisoner escapes. This is the least of their problems though.
