In my review of𝘉𝘰𝘶𝘭𝘥𝘦𝘳 𝘎𝘪𝘳𝘭, 𝘙𝘦𝘮𝘦𝘮𝘣𝘦𝘳 𝘔𝘦 𝘞𝘩𝘦𝘯 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘔𝘰𝘰𝘯 𝘏𝘢𝘯𝘨𝘴 𝘓𝘰𝘸, I said, “Until I’m able to read the sequel to this unputdownable book, I will keep wondering what is going to happen when the story continues.” I was so excited when I finally held 𝘉𝘰𝘶𝘭𝘥𝘦𝘳 𝘎𝘪𝘳𝘭: 𝘉𝘢𝘥 𝘔𝘰𝘰𝘯 𝘙𝘪𝘴𝘪𝘯𝘨 in my hands. It was read over the next couple of days. The wondering was finally over; this thrilling story proved to be an extremely satisfying sequel.
𝘔𝘶𝘳𝘱𝘩𝘺 𝘔𝘶𝘳𝘱𝘩𝘺 𝘢𝘯𝘥 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘊𝘢𝘴𝘦 𝘰𝘧 𝘚𝘦𝘳𝘪𝘰𝘶𝘴 𝘊𝘳𝘪𝘴𝘪𝘴 is my fourth book and third work of fiction. While characters in my first two mysteries have had idiosyncrasies and eccentricities, Murphy Murphy (the detective at the heart of my new book) is more defined by them than the others.
Lana has just gone through a divorce from her cold uncaring husband and has no uneasiness about staying in the huge house that her ex let her keep. Just for safety, she still has the locks changed. She has no clue of the excitement, the love, and the terror coming her way.
